Hilton Alexandria Mark Center

Couples trip-beautiful property close to Balian Springs spa and about 20 mins DC area. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was helpful in holding welcome gifts for friend that were checking in. Hotel restaurant & bar was nice, good food and very convenient. Sushi bar was delicious!

It was nearby food locations. The accommodations for my handicap was good. I liked the space. I check into a hotel when I am on deadline for writing to my editors. I was expecting a restaurant for full room service and the advertising was not accurate. There was a restaurant in the hotel but it didn’t deliver. I paid for meals and did not receive a ticket so ordered Uber Eats. They did not have my reservation until two days before and I had to get Booking involved with confirmation and pricing. They did not read messages about my 6lb support dog and were unprepared for him. I had Hilton Honors and had to contact them to have this applied. I usually get WiFi discounts but did not.

Great staff and great room!

Just average. Room was clean mattress needed to be replaced. Unless you like sleeping on bed springs. Towel bar was broken. Breakfast buffet was not worth the $ 25, powdered eggs and everything was ice cold. Expected more from a Hilton. Would not stay here again. Only stayed because of proximity to the Alexandria Hospital. Front desk staff was nice but needed to be more knowledgeable about their area. Sent us to a bus that didn’t run on weekends and told us we could not walk to a place because of a freeway crossing. But there was clearly a foot bridge.

The room we stayed in was old and dirty. Dust every where , the bathroom cabinets were so icky with caked on dust. The balcony was terrible:there are two gray chairs out there that are full of dirt and an old cracked side table . For a Hilton I would have expected a little better. Staff otherwise doesn’t bother you.

Great location off of 95 to get to Pentagon and DC. Will need a car from this location. Great gym. Front desk staff inconsistent -- some great, some terrible customer service. Fantastic market place Cafe for coffee, drinks and light meals.

The pool area was were dirty. After a heavy rain someone should go and clean up the cushion to remove the mud! The lifeguard never looked up from his book, and then he left. I have stayed here before and the pool area was much better maintained.

Since we needed sleeping accommodations for three people, we had no choice but to accept the rollaway bed and pay the extra fee. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because the sheets and pillow on the rollaway bed had an unpleasant odor and did not appear to be clean. The room we received did not match the description provided on the hotel's website, and we should not have been charged extra for a bed that was needed because of the inaccurate room description. We hope the hotel will update its website to accurately reflect the room amenities and improve the cleanliness of its bedding.

No microwave in the room and parking was too expensive

I booked a King bed room and when I did the check in they only have double twin beds rooms and it wasn’t what I booked.
