The building should be condemned

There was no hot water or water pressure in bathroom. When I notified staff I was told to wait 15/20 minutes but still no water pressure. The tub shower was falling apart. The shower wall was cracked and soap dispencers were missing. The air conditioning unit was SO loud you could not sleep. The wall thermostat (modern) was not working. The second day of my 4 days both elevators went out and we were directed to use service elevator. Inconvenience to staff and clients. My room had patched ceiling. Very bad place. I still had to pay the price. That's disgusting.

They lost my suitcase, and I had to track down the person who took it myself; it was an unbelievable experience and a real hassle. The curtain in my room was torn. I can't believe other people gave it such high ratings.

Hotel was fine. Rooms were clean. Elevators were not working. Had to use the service elevator. Appears that the property is under renovations and not done.

Older hotel that has been rebranded but not completely remodeled. Staff was limited and didn't know the area. Limited nearby food choices, but good access to public transportation and e-bikes. Continental breakfast was a bag lunch with bagel and 1 piece of fruit each morning... Self service. Overall below average experience.

This hotel is a nice place to stay on the Virginia side of DC. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is covered parking available.

The property will be undergoing a complete renovation in the next several weeks. It used to be a Courtyard Marriott but evidently Hyatt bought it in April and will be doing the renovations. I found the rooms as is to be not bad at all. The only big problem was there wasn't much hot water. In fact sometimes I couldn't get any hot water at all. That's a big problem! But I will say that Junior at the front desk was so helpful and absolutely amazing, so shout out to him!

Location Breakfast was a joke, not what implied.Was just a bagel apple and granola bar. Often no coffee available. Staff was sparse and often could not find front desk clerk

Everything is good I like it

Fresh fruit, hot food and coffee. Plenty of seats Milk for cereal wasn't cold and the cereal was just out in a bowl. I figured the milk was warm and the cereal was stale so I didn't try it.

I stayed in Room 709 and the wall by the window has a crack and a big dent. I wish the rooms were better maintained, other than that my stay was wonderful.
