Property is surrounded by Greenery, most pleasant atmosphere. Service is 24/7 and very prompt on first call. Pool is very clean and quite big . Food is nice inside hotel and even if order from outside Zomato also allowed till your room. Greenery , decorative seating area centrally at the top among big trees.

Amazing landscape. Beautiful serene amidst nature. Lot many huge greenery. V v clean. Nicely maintained. V polite staff. All staff housekeeping ,buffet bfast ,terra restaurant and everywhere staff- v polite courteous and helpful. No arrogance. All in all we give as family had v great time. I shall give 10/10. अप्रतिम! No space to dislike

Overall the surrounding area is good with trees and all. TV not work, Telephone not working. Ac remote not working after complaint changed the battery but no TV and telephone.

The Property Location is passable but rooms are really in need of upgradation as well as Play area needs some attention and maintenance Rooms had cockroaches and washroom wasn’t fit enough it had dirt spots of corners and smell of Moisture

We just the loved everything about the place it was soo refreshing and calming, soo much to do that we don't need to leave the resort to enjoy anywhere else. Staff was always on the toes and soo super helpful. My kids just didn't want to come back. Food is also 5 on 5...
