It’s a new property, Rooms were spacious, 5 min away from the beach, swimming pool was nice Food wasn’t that great, and it took lot of time after ordering, lot of misquotes, shower in the bathroom didn’t have much pressure, no place to hang wet clothes, overpriced

Only room size was little descent. Besides that everything was much below my expectations Impolite staff, no descent lobby / reception counter, dining room very small without A/C, no mechanical door locks, only ancient times latches with padlock, no local cable TV and any local channel, wifi not working, 10 times power went off, no adequate plug points, no tandoor, buffet breakfast with very limited option and not severed buffet, several mosquitoes, worst quality toiletries, no hand towels, fresh bath towels also very dirty, no water pressure to operate shower.... Can go on and on. In short not at all worth the money charged.

Good points Very Clean and Hygienic. The swimming pool is very well maintained. supporting work mostly carried by Female staff who are very hardworking and polite. Close to the beach just 10 mins walk If you are staying on the ground floor and not a high music person. This is not a recommended stay. You won't find leisure as just outside of your room , everything is decorated/planned for the evening dinner and after hours bar parties along with loud music. On top of it during my stay, there was wedding planned in adjacent resort. Overall too noisy in the evening till late night. If booking is via any third party app like booking.com, resort don't take any responsibility. even booking.com claimed no advance based on credit card assurance, resort still demands advance for confirmation of booking.In some condition they claim that they are not responsible for any confusion as i have booked using booking.com. Very pathetic attitude by night staff. Its beach resort but basic facilities for beach hygiene is missing like no place to dry wet clothes from the beach. It's problematic if you are staying for more than 1 day as clothes start stinging. It just gives a very distinct view of the sea from the top room on 2nd floor and that too without lift.

1) Excellent Location - Next to the beach m it’s a 2 minute walk 2) Rooms Very Spacious - Clean and Sanitized - For Rooms with Balconies , they arrange for a Dine out Tables , which was awesome - Wi-Fi - router in every room with Excellent speed 3) Swimming Pool Nicely Maintained Mid sized Pool , with a Baby pool attached 4) Food - They have a Professional Chef - Food standard is extremely high - Comparable with any 5-star - It is Multi Cuisine (Pastas , Tandoor , Chinese, etc…) no complaints
