Couldn’t stay for a second. Saw the room, packed and left

So noisy

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Shower door opening was too small. Door frame going into the room was broken. I had the lock fixed but frame still needed to be replaced.

I have sent a long email to get a refund and I am waiting for an answer. I left the Hotel the second day. Windows have never been cleaned. Materials in the hallway every floor. The elevator door was despicable.

Needs immediate update

So close to beach, clean, staffs are so kind. A little bit far to city center but can travel by bus or tram.

The location of the hotel is very good if you have to go to Alimos marina. For the money they ask it is OK , but you have to lower your expectation. We felt like in a high school summer camp :) The furniture is very old , doors of the balcony were not closing and the heavy noise form the outside was a nightmare during the night. The smell inside is horrible , a mix of perfume and smell of old house. The towels were clean but extremly oldand warned . Over all it was our mistake because we did not checked the reviews before booking, Too bad the location is very nice , right across Alimos marina. The batroom feels like not clean, the kind of batroom where you don`t want to touch anything. In order to use the toilet i had to leave the door opened in order to have room for my legs. For us was just a transition one night before we tooked the boat so we passed over it quicly.

Bathroom a little big bigger, at least you can close the door at the batroom when you sit on the toilet :) still the same feeling of do not touch anything. The balcony door was closing this time and the outside noise was supressed. Good sleep this time. We used this hotel again on out return because it was the only hotel available for the dates. I have posted a review before, nothing changed.

They were very accommodating and friendly

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best beaches and very close to the tram station. If you’re planning a beach holiday, this area is ideal with lots of nice beaches, cafés and restaurants nearby. And if you’d like to visit the Acropolis or explore the city center, the tram right in front of the hotel makes it incredibly easy. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I felt extremely safe throughout my solo stay. The overall value for money was excellent. I sincerely thank everyone who made this stay so pleasant. I loved the sea view from the room, but since the hotel is on a main road, there was some traffic noise. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might prefer a room facing the back. Unfortunately, since the main road runs just in front of the beach, this might be an issue for most beachfront hotels in the area.

Maintenance and very small bathroom

I needed walking distance to the Alimos marina and overnight stay for reasonable money. The hotel met all the criteria.
