Location and cleanliness Breakfast

Hotel location is great, right next to really great private beaches. Tram stop is close by so commuting to Glyfada wa super easy. They give towels for the beach every day too! The wifi is terrible, barely working and everything is taking forever to load, so unusable. Some things are not working in rooms (e.g. towel rack is broken, air conditioning is good in one room and barely working in another room etc.) The rooms need someone to go through them.

Pool a little overrated, it's more like a big bathtub. Also terrace that are on the pictures is not so great and only in one room, so you need to be lucky to get it. See side rooms are rather noisy from the road traffic outside the window. With window closed it's somehow ok.

Terrible wifi, bad food and very poor breakfast

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were incredibly welcoming, polite, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The service truly made our stay wonderful. Additionally, the location is very convenient and just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel itself feels quite dated. The rooms were on the smaller, more cramped side, and the bathroom felt old with very weak shower pressure.

Comfortable bed and good aircon. Balcony thankfully got the sun during the morning and had furniture to sit on, although was a little small. Breakfast was good, with various choices of hot or cold food. Ate in the restaurant 2 nights, for convenience The evening menu was limited, only a few dishes from the menu were available and unfortunately they weren't the best meals. Quite pricey dishes for the mediocre quality of food, compared to one of the local restaurants. However, the service was good and friendly

Reception staff were helpful. Close to tram and beach Breakfast was very limited ending early even on the week-end. Rooms need refreshment and location just next to a big road and away from restaurant was not very nice.

Great view of sea out front, and convenient location for driving in multiple areas around Athens. We were able to get an earlier check-in (12:30 PM) after arriving on an early morning flight. Wonderful breakfast and staff at breakfast! Bar and seating area on same floor as breakfast. Large/roomy and comfortable room. Small refrigerator and coffee maker with pods. Property is on a main/busy street in front of the sea, so there is traffic/noise outside. However, they have double glass doors that are good at blocking the noise so we slept well. The shower did spray all over the bathroom floor and soaked it, as many showers in Greek hotels do, we have found. It was a large jetted tub with a high step to get in. The tub itself did not look appealing for taking a jetted bath. The room itself seemed a little dirty... a pillowcase had a stain on it, the floor under the dressers and furniture was very dusty, and walls and switches had some spots, and the portfolio with stationery in it looked beaten ip as if it had been there a long time. Our reservation was supposed to include "one parking spot" although the hotel does not have a parking lot. Luckily, we were able to find street parking each night across the side street, but not sure that they could guarantee this during high season?

The penthouse room view was extremely wonderful I forgot an expensive watch at the property and the staff called me directly and keep it safe until I took it again Wifi sooo bad and also breakfast so basic and air conditioning was leaking water out of the ceiling and the room was hot all the Time .what I didn’t like also that the room curtains were not dark like everyday I was trying to sleep in the morning but because of the light i couldn’t sleep more. The cleaning staff were rude and not greeting the guests
