I liked it but staff work is very bad! The workers were annoying. They knocked my door many times, including late in the evening. And even opened my door without my consent. Horrible work by the staff! There is a phone also on the rooms. They can call if it is early, there is no need to knock the door and open the door without the guest consent, is totally unacceptable. They called me late at evening and plus knocked my door. Very bad service! They also follow the guest in a insistent way. I did not like it.

It's ok No warm water inside the bathroom

The staff service , neither the room has all the amenities , rather i requested for early 15 mins breakfast 1 week ago the request was made , and at end they made a chaos , while mooof was disturbed , even my paper went bad , such a bloody service

I recently stayed at the t Hotel andhis had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect-close to local attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! Also, owner is very honest, we by mistake left some money in the room, they searched for us and gave us back. Thanks for that Everything was great

Positive response,catering in hotel,good behavior, clenliness. Joined hotel at 8.00 pm ,one day,check out time extend up to 5.00 pm looking train timings and 40 degree temp.

I visited Paryagraj for Pind-daan puja of my late grandmother at triveni sangam with my family and had booked 3 deluxe double rooms in the hotel for just one night. The hotel is located in a seriously very congested market place. Since we had our own cars, it literally took us 1 hour just to cover 500 m from Johnston Ganj Chauraha and to park our vehicles in front of hotel as the market was very busy and on top of that the hotel's parking is in actual a 2 wheeler parking and it's definitely not a car parking. It was simply a nightmare as the traffic was too busy and we ourselves had to get down and stop the oncoming traffic with the help of an autorickshaw driver so that we can park our cars smoothly. We were offered to see the rooms first which appeared ok and clean at begining. But as night progressed our nightmare started in the rooms . There were cockroaches roaming around in the room, tables and beds through small openings in the side wall. Bathrooms were poorly designed , bath area being ok but the lavatory was cramped and was almost very near to side wall making one sit in an angular position. In addition, it was smelly and we had to continuously spray room freshener to avoid smell from spreading into the room. In addition, we experienced mild electric shocks from taps while using the washroom.We had to use slippers to avoid the earthing effect which caused the shocks. Coming down to the restaurant, food was ok but the restaurant was basic and it appeared that people didn't opt for restaurants majorly as the setup seemed unprepared for dining. Regarding staff behaviour, the lower staff were courteous but their functioning will only be smooth if they are properly instructed from the front desk. Example:- while parking no one appeared to assist for about 15 mins as they were not informed but after our repeated calls to the front desk , they came and beautifully assisted us in parking.

Location is very centralised. Food was tasty Room service was also good. Size of room is little bit small.

Rooms were just okay Hotel is in a very busy area not suitable for customer for visiting prayagraj as it is far from going around prayagraj. We will have to search hotel as it is bit inside from main road..

Cuorteous staff, clean & neat rooms, easily accessible, they give complimentary breakfast, 24 hrs hot water, If someone had smoked cigarettes in another room, we wouldn't have been able to stay in our room.
