Nothing. The rooms are very small and not good for value for money No towels were provided despite repeated request. Facilities were pathetic. Had to wait for more than half n hour for check in because the Manager Babu was doing Namaz!!

The Property is located in the right place on Civil Line one of the best areas to live in in Allahabad. The hotel is newly renovated with simple and beautiful interiors. The staff is exceptional and their service is great ! Had a great experience !! A perfect place for a short trip !! The only thing I did not like bout the hotel is that i had to pay 500/- for a lost Key card which I guess in my opinion shouldn’t be charged. Have lived in many hotels around the world and lost many cards but never been charged for it. So that’s the only negative side ! So plz keep your key card safe and protect it with your lives !!! Lol!!

Food and staff behavior! Bathroom was very smelly. Had to pour phenyl down the drain constantly.

We stayed during Mahakumbh for 2 days. It was very comfortable stay and breakfast and lunch they served was very good. Room service was very quick and prompt. Maintenance staff were very helpful. Price seemed a little bit higher. I understand it was probably during Mahakumbh time.
