Hotel offered us complimentary buffet breakfast in the restaurant @ Carpediem. Hotel is located in the mid of the town from were we can come and go anywhere very easily. All the malls and brands outlets are at a walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are humble & polite.

Hotel Is in heart of the city with 600m - 800m far from chand shekhar azad park, 1.2km far from prayagraj railway station civil lines side and 500m from civil lines bus stand. Breakfast we enjoyed was upto mark. Staff are helpful and sincere. 24hrs. Reception desk available. Lift available. Parking available.

No one is there to attend in any condition after payment Bathrooms ,staffs behaviour.. with person visiting was not good once I left I'd at counter asked with person out there 5 times to check he doubt check just relaxing out there...6th times I came from the top floor and I found that I'd infront of him he was just attended my calls and using mobile and whenever asking for any delivery which on counter by order he use to ask person to come and take it I called for ..just deliver it to my room they were telling to come n take it overall a humiliation feeling was out there in respect to the behavioural attitude
