The location is beautiful, the food was excellent and to be honest wasn't as expensive as you might think. The selection of beers was good. The room was comfortable but see next section. The decor in the room was a bit tired making it feel less than good value. This was a shame. Also swimming pool doesn't open until end of May.

I was charged incorrectly 140€ more. I have been trying to get a refund for days now and everytime I call someone tells me a different excuse.. that the person responsible is not available, that they are on holiday, and now that the accountant team only comes back on a certain day..

Breakfast was really nice, great buffet with a variety of choices. Rooms were very clean. Diner was rather expensive but burgers and fish dishes were excellent. Rooms (in main building) were dark, small and old, wifi didn't work at all. Probably rooms (suites) in the new block are much nicer. Welcome and staff in general were impersonal, with the exception of a few highly friendly people.
