This may have been the worst motel I’ve stayed in. Got lazy with checking rooms and didn’t check bed well till we were making sure we weren’t forgetting anything and when we pulled sheet back there were literally urine and poop stains. Had bites on our legs pretty sure bed bugs. And lost half the power to the room from middle of day 2 thru leaving on day 3. Asked for towels for the four of us night 2 they only gave us 1.

Outlets were faulty. TV didn't work. Strong smell of marijuana. $100 charge with no guarantee of refund. Very, very sketchy.

There was no blanket for the bed only a top sheet

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room with a very strong cigarette odor. The smell was so bad that I had difficulty sleeping. I decided to stay because I arrived very late at night, and I did not want to go to the lobby to complain and risk being there until morning. I understand that the room rate is inexpensive, but I believe the hotel should still maintain better cleanliness standards and pay closer attention to guests’ requests. Being placed in a smoking room when I specifically requested a non-smoking room was particularly concerning, as the heavy cigarette smoke could potentially have affected my health. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make sure that rooms are properly cleaned and that guests’ requests are respected in the future.

Place was disgusting, had to rebook another hotel. Don't waste your time. The mattress was literally black underneath and sheets were paper thin.

disgusting It’s a place with poor hygiene; it smells of mold, and the towels and sheets are poorly washed. Worst of all, homeless people—some with substance abuse issues—live at the hotel and don't respect privacy. Honestly, it’s disgusting.
