Constant mouse in bathroom coming from vent in ceiling. Could be heard even with door closed. Room felt damp.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST . AND I BOOKED IT FOR ONE THEY PUT US ON THE 4TH FLOOR YOU COULD RIDE UP THE ELEVATOR. BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKE TO GO DOWN. SO WE HAD TO WALK DOWN 4 FLIGHTS OF STEPS. ONE IN THE GROUP WAS ON OXYGEN AND HAD TO CARRY THE MACHINE ALL THE WAY DOWN.

Good location and the staff was friendly. The bed was super uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow per person. The AC was on the coldest but it was still warm in the room. The shower got lukewarm. There was someone above us running a marathon the whole night.

The staff was friendly and efficient, considering The bed was uncomfortable, television,the kitchen wasn't ready to be used,there wasn't any dishes,glass ware, silverware, etc.

Toilet seat was too small for the toilet base, and was also loose. Besides that, all was fine. Bed was comfortable. If I had been wanting to cook or eat, though, I would have been disappointed - no utensils, cooking equipment, ice cube tray. For my purposes, good deal for the price.

Instead of receiving a room with 2 queen beds for my travel partner and I, we were given a room with one bed. The staff was not helpful nor willing to refund our request to cancel the reservation. No one informed us that once we arrived on the 4th floor that the elevator wouldn’t work for any trip coming back down. The halls were smelly and not very clean. Inside our room, was not bad but the bathroom door was extremely squeaky so using the restroom in the night meant waking up the other person in the room. After 2 extremely long work days, coming back ti this hotel didn’t offer much rest.

We were there less than 24 hours. It was good for what we needed although it is in a very remote location.

Beautiful place

There was no breakfast; only coffee in the office. Noise outside my window at 11 pm until 1 am. 4 or 5 cars were lined up with occupants sitting inside and some mulling around outside. Honking horns, car alarms going off. Uneasy feeling.
