Love everything about this place.

I didn’t get my $30 deposit the hotel keep it I suppose have $30 back my account PayPal never received payment I want my security deposit back to my account it’s refundable $30

Wonderful stay! Hotel is very clean and up to date.

Great location! Around everything that you need I’m used to Hyatt place rooms being a little more spacious

I really like the room. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was good and they have a outside sitting and lounging area. The breakfast was better than I expected. Everything was organized and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Really convenient and well maintained property

As always l trust Expedia and l can say my stay at Hyatt was very successful. Although the hotel was 1/2 hour from my event yet l didn’t mind. I would like to thank management and staff especially Hanna for her kind and smooth transition at checking in. I did not stay much at the hotel for except at nighttime. But l can say no disturbances. Very nice breakfast. I will definitely stay again and l would recommend this fine hotel to everyone who is traveling in the area of PA. I give them a 5 stars ⭐️ rating. Best regards, Simone.

10/10 recommend !! Room was clean and pretty quiet for all the traffic that was going on in the building. Plenty of towels for a room shared with multiple people. More than enough charging ports if you have a lot of devices that needs to be charged at once. Enough hot water to shower for a family of 4 which I was shocked about the most. Staff was nice and greeted us everytime we came in and out of the building. The Hyatt hotel will be our go to everytime we plan a trip in Allentown.

Excellent, quality lodging at a reasonable price. IKEA furnishing esthetic... but everything was clean and well appointed. My only complaint was my taste in esthetics, the hotel was really good. Room safe was in an odd location and difficult to use, but im tall and getting old and might be why I didnt use it.

Modern hotel, but lacked outlets on one side of bed. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Beautiful property and excellent location Expensive

The breakfast was fantastic. The eating area was very good. And most important the coffee was excellent.
