When I checked in, the receptionist was not welcoming or professional. They were eating and using a toothpick at the reception, which was quite surprising and gave a poor first impression. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues that I would not expect from a 4-star hotel: The ironing board was extremely small and incomplete. It was difficult to even place it properly on the floor, and I had to iron my shirt in very small sections. The door stopper/preventer was loose and not securely fitted. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. Sink drain was very slow. The gym had very limited equipment and options for a hotel advertised as 4-star. The swimming pool had an unpleasant smell. Overall, while the room was clean, the facilities, service, and overall experience did not meet what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. I would personally rate this hotel closer to 3 stars.

Location, facilities, and staff; special thanks to the valet parking staff (as they were on time on target)!!!! Did not like that self parking was so far away; Did not like the fact that upon arrival and after 830pm that the bar was not open for business, thus after our event attendance, and that breakfast on Saturday/Sunday mornings was not open until after 730am

Breakfast was fresh. The room was clean and fresh. It was my second stay at this hotel. It was amazing both visits. Great customer service!
