I was in rm328 and it was full of roaches. I mean roaches were all the microwave in my bed and bathroom. Making my stay very unpleasant. Other that my stay was good.

Front desk guy was awesome. The room was not clean and roaches were all over. I had to remove all my personal belongings to my car in fear of the roaches getting in bags. Shops were close by.

The air conditioning did not work at all. There was a strong odor in the hallways. Very infrequent customer service, however the people that did answer were very helpful.

Pest everywhere. This property really needs to be gutted and rebuilt. It’s very outdated.

The room could have been better. But otherwise the stay was good. Especially the room odor was bad and room freshener could have been sprayed before giving it to me. But the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were VERY nasty sheets were dirty with stains roaches crawling everywhere and if it’s roaches 9/10 it’s going to be bed bugs and I was not staying to find out. When we went to get another room we were told that they are ALL nasty like that and they have been having these issues for a while now. I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY to stay here. I can’t even give the place 1 star actually it deserves -20 stars.

The staff are always very professional and friendly.The rooms are fairly decent and I'm always comfortable and feel safe when I stay at this location.I highly recommend . What I love the most is the fast check in process.

Thursday night they had to replace a hot water heater but I understand everything was good

I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.

My family had to go through three rooms and it was late at night when they arrived. First room had roaches and used soap in the shower. 2nd room the beds weren’t made so it had not been cleaned.
