We love the breakfast in the morning, and the cocktails in the evening. The new pool looked fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in town.

We have stayed here numerous times but it seems like something has changed (maybe management?) because our last stay was totally different. We had to move rooms 2 times. The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes. The second room had a tub that wouldn’t drain. The carpet in all 3 of the rooms was disgusting and stained. The rooms were very humid and all of the furniture felt damp. Our friends that had a different room had carpet that felt mushy like water was trapped under the carpet. The staff at the front desk and the bar staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. One evening we requested a flat queen sheet and were told that they had no spare sheets (in a hotel with 120 rooms? I find that hard to believe). The security guard was extremely nice and seemed to try to help guests where he could. One of the elevators was out so only one was working for the entire hotel. At breakfast, there was a leak in the ceiling and they just stuck a bucket on the countertop to catch the dripping water…the same countertop that food, milk and silverware were sitting on. After our first night, housekeeping came to clean the next day but only left us 1 towel (for 4 people). There were also no towels available at the pool because they had “run out”. This has been a wonderful place to stay in the past but this was definitely our last visit.

The Embassy Suites has a familiar design. I almost felt like I was in the Caribbean as I rode in the elevator. I love the construction design, from the seating in the center to the waterfall. That view as you travel up or down in the elevator is truly beautiful. I got there extremely late due to my flight being delayed several times. I want to say thank you to the lovely gentleman who greeted me as I entered and did everything in his power to save my specific room accommodations. Breakfast was made fresh in front of you to your liking. I ordered the vegetable omelet; it was delicious. Although the seating was set indoors, it had a luxury outdoor vibe. I didn't care for the window design outside each room that was set by the doorway. It did not add to the beauty of the property. Personally, I would have constructed the windows to view outside a bit larger. Also, I did not appreciate the carpeted floors.

The breakfast was amazing. Location was really good, near some restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance, however, it was too hot out. The front desk employees were very helpful, polite and did a great job with smiles. Need better pillows. Too soft and worn.

REALLY ENJOYED THE SOCIAL HAPPY HOUR ROOM WAS EXCELENT BREAKFAST WAS DELISH

The scenery was very beautiful and different. It made you feel elegant being there. The suite was big, clean, and the television said welcome Joanna. I thought that was so cute! I will definitely be visiting there more often when I visit Alpharetta. The television had some color issues as if the TV had been dropped in the past. But that was not a huge issue.

Location Carpet in the room smells moldy

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very close to our venue The main trafficking areas could’ve been a little cleaner. Not sure about the Animals in the food areas.
