The rooms were clean however I did see a roach on the bathroom.

The pool was not opened...that was THE reason we booked there

The hotel is an extended stay and is in dire need of updating and repair. The door to the building our room was in was not secured. The room was decent but furnishings were worn and dated. The free breakfast was decent but the lady in the kitchen was not friendly and seems bothered when asked for forks. I don't appreciate the parking charge when there is not reason for it. The lot is not secured or patrolled. The pool was closed for the season, it's August! Overall, it was okay, but needs to be revamped badly.

Breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff were friendly.

Stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament with 15 and 10 year old sons. Pool was “closed for the season”….in the middle of the Atlanta summer. Front desk claimed pool closure was due to a change in hotel ownership (????). Rooms were not cleaned at all…first cleaning was “weekly” per the front desk staff. This was not represented on the hotel’s website. Trashcans within the rooms were not even emptied daily. Linens or towels had to be tracked down via the maids who spoke little English. Exterior security doors to enter hotel on first floor did not fully close. Early checkout was met with resistance by front desk staff…was told that no refund would be offered for one day early departure. Had to threaten engaging my credit card company and refusing to pay the one night charge. Expedia did step in and ultimately handle the refund for the one night by working with the front desk. Place is a dump. Don’t stay there.

First walking to the building, you had exposed wires in the doorway, dirty carpet, elevators, handprints inside of get to the room open the door, and you have a strong odor. While sleeping air-conditioning unit made a lot of noise, clicking noise noises making it hard to sleep. The grounds of the place could’ve used a little more cleaning parking lot had dirt that was collected cars in the parking lot with tires off of it on jack stands. For the amount of money spent on the room I would not refer anyone to stay here and I will not be back unless some changes are made.

The room was decently clean. The parking lot was unkept. The elevator and hallways were messy. The pool is closed.

Clean property and a Good breakfast!

The hotel rooms are OK very out of date and they charge for you to park their car your car seven dollars a night. I never heard of a hotel make you pay seven dollars a night to park your vehicle, but I have to say the staff at the front desk are very rude. They are mostly women and they are extremely rude with attitudes. I would never come back here again. I stay for two weeks and each day I got attitude from the women there housekeeping and maintenance are great, but the front desk, people attitudes, unprofessional, and very rude.

Against our better judgement we laid down and tried to go to sleep. We heard what we thought were kids revving car engines up but after some investigating we discovered that the noise was coming from all of the utility trucks that were parked all along the tree line outside our hotel room. Oh, also the outside door that is supposed to lock was broken with broken electrical cables hanging from both sides of the door! The noise that kept us from sleeping were men with CHAINSAWS!! and other tree trimming equipment they use. Trust me it’s really loud!! This entire booking was a nightmare. Please refund me for this booking and the booking I made by mistake 7/17 Thank You

The pool area being down for refurbishment in July was a bit of a bummer but besides that, everything else was good. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. I would recommend.
