The hotel failed to disclose on its website that the pool was closed for repairs, which was one of the main reasons we booked our stay. That lack of transparency was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition. There was no bedding for the pull-out bed my children were supposed to sleep on. The chairs were covered in stains, the bathtub was peeling, and you had to open the cabinets just to use the microwave because it was installed so poorly. The entire room felt like it was slanting, which raised serious concerns about the condition of the building. There was also a strong odor of marijuana throughout the room that made it unpleasant and completely inappropriate for children. Nothing about this room felt clean or properly maintained. It was grimy, unsanitary, and neglected. I honestly questioned how housekeeping or management could consider this room acceptable for guests. For the amount of money we paid, this experience was unacceptable. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly caution anyone—especially families with children—to think twice before booking until the hotel addresses its cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues.

Near the expressway The original room they booked me in, was still dirty with the trashcan, full dirty linens piled in the closet. The bed wasn’t made. It was gross.
