Great location! Tons of food and shopping options nearby. Staff is super helpful and friendly, have stayed here multiple times and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is ok for 1 or 2 days, then it can get tiresome, but there are plenty of options around for a satisfying one. It’s an overall 10.

On our first morning, we found a small cockroach. I reported it to the hotel management through the Expedia app's chat feature, but we never received a response. That evening, when we returned to our room, we noticed a leak from the refrigerator that had created a puddle of water on the floor. We spoke with the front desk staff about both incidents, and she offered to move us to another room and provided 10,000 Hilton Honors points as compensation. The new room was better, but there was a very strong urine smell in the bathroom. It did not seem like it had been properly cleaned.

Beds were uncomfortable. With the exception of 1employee the staff was unfriendly. In 4 days our room was never cleaned and trash was never emptied. Poor experience

The location was ideal for the purpose of my travel. The young lady at check-in was extremely pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that she checked up on me to make sure I was good to go afterward. The price was a bit steep.
