Breakfast and the staff. The room was smelly. The AC was too old and all the air was blowing into the bed.

The bedding was clean, but the appliances, carpet, desk, furniture, shower head and even the curtain were stained, dirty and I didn’t want to touch anything. I checked out asap. Even the fan in the bathroom was caked with filth and the shower head was rusted and dirty. The hairdryer was sticky, scratched, stained and crusty.

A really nice, clean, comfy room close to North Point Mall and that area. Quick access to GA400 and easy to get to anywhere in Atlanta that you wish to go. Good water pressure, right temp, amazing room service/cleaning staff. Amazing, really.

The beds were comfortable and shower water was hot. Washer and dryer worked well. The price didn’t match what I paid for. The rooms need a serious update. Bathroom walls were peeling. We saw and killed several roaches. Staff was a new guy and he didn’t have any hospitality. Check-in was slow. No breakfast included. Elevator falling apart. Curtains aren’t wide enough to full cover window. AC takes forever to cool off room. Room has funky smell upon entering.

The hotel was in a good location for us and had a clean room with a comfortable bed. At check-in, I asked about checking out later than late check-out and the staff was very accommodating which worked out great. The breakfast area is a little bit small with not a lot of seating but the food offerings were solid and we had no issues.

The hotel was in a safe clean area. It was located very close to the Ameris Amphitheater. I didn’t try breakfast since I slept in late. The fridge and microwave in the room were clean and worked well. The main door to the hotel isn’t automatic so if you’re bringing in luggage alone you’ll have to juggle the door and your belongings. The room had some stains on the carpet, the light switch, and the mirror. The bathtub has some cracking in the sealing around the tub and wall.
