It was all great

Everything was fine except I had to kill a couple of roaches but that’s Florida for you

Checked into the hotel and it smelled like stale cigarettes and spray to cover up the smell of Marijuana. It was so bad I had to check out after 5 minutes of being there and stay at another hotel.

I loved when I first crooked here for 7 nights the price was reasonable now they went up $150 that’s a big hike

As soon as you walk in, there is a nasty sewer smell, and the room smells like cigarettes.

Sitting chair could use a little steam cleaning and pillows needed to be replaced. I was short one pillow cause they were all out. Staffed knocked on the door prior to 11, kind of annoying when I’m trying to pack up. Overall staff was nice, room clean.

The property was close by everything. The bathroom door was damaged.

Beds were ok. Room wasn't bad for the price. I got what I paid for. Room smelled horrible. It's right next to the highway and you hear every car truck until 4am when they finally stop driving. . Night lady was rude. Pool was 100 degree and not clean.

Everything to the bathroom. Rooms are clean! Stay is wonderful as always.

Staff was amazing and the location was convenient to the Kia Center and shopping/food The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Also, the clientele there was sketchy at best.

It was a great little mini-suite with a well supplied kitchen area. Appreciated the 24hr front desk as we got in at 1am. The bathroom looked recently updated. This looked more like semi-permanent housing rather than a place for travelers. AC wasn't working and bathroom didn't have a hair dryer.

The place seems to be for people that are inbetween homes, not a place for a leisure trip. I would not recommend a stay. I checked out the same day and booked another hotel in the area.

Everything is goop except for the roaches in my room, not a big issue but it could be better.

1st room (Day 1) -Room right next to highway after I called before I left for the 3 hour drive and asked for a quiet room. -crumbs and such all over pull out bed -last person's jacket on closet floor -toilet rocks and swivels when sit on -toilet paper wad stuck over fire unit in bathroom -torn rolley chair -sink faucet wiggles -side door to outside did not shut all the way (safety issue) Second room (Day 2-5) - dirty microwave near handle -live roach on tv -pull out couch with old food on it -bathtub tap constantly dripping -toilet backed up and had to have maintenance fixed twice - bathroom ceiling peeling -hallway smelled like weed often -another side door to outside does not shut (safety issue) - live roaches in the stairwell - live roaches in my room as nighttime fell. Killed more than I can count on both hands. From pinhead size quarter size (health hazard) - live roaches on baseboard in hall -noisy neighbors upstairs Left a written outlining all of the above issues note with front desk staff the morning of on day 3 of everything above for the manager, but she never addressed any of it with me. No refund no discussion. In my note, I offered to show her pictures and video of all of it. Crickets!!

Nothing in particular

I liked the amenities within the room. Everything was minimally clean, there was a weird smell, the bathroom sink did not drain, and they didn't give us a garbage can. We ended up staying elsewhere.
