Ramada by Wyndham Altamonte Springs Near I-4

Quiet/Peaceful area. Convenient to restaurants from fast food/markets to sit down dining options. The thriving Altamonte Mall just up the street also. So PLENTY of eating, shopping in vicinity !! Also a few appealing parks nearby. Will stay again

The front desk girl . Completely rude and disrespectful. I was reading this paper she had me sign and took it of my hands and said “ the back of this paper doesn’t concern you”!? She was awful and rude!!!!

There was a woman in the front desk that was very rude on our last night there regarding trailer parking. The way she spoke to me and approached me was as if I was trying to sneak a trailer and not pay for parking. I had no idea there was a $20 parking charge each night and I told her I would’ve gladly paid and she still made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I would suggest that check-in you recommend telling your clients that there’s parking fees for large vehicles and don’t just assume that they know. Other than that, it was a great experience. And the manager did waive the fee so I do appreciate that and that was great customer service on his behalf.

It was terrible, the bed sheets were winkled and the shower curtain had mildew on it. Fortunately I didn’t book my whole trip there. What so call breakfast were all stale.

The convenience of being near the interstate. The building was out dated and not represented in the picture. There were several FLYING roaches in the room and the walls were disgusting and dirty. I didn’t even sleep and hour. There was also a man a few doors down sitting outside his room blaring a radio from when we arrived at 5pm to 2am. Adding to the inability to sleep. Making my Sunday horrible because of how tired I was. I wish I would have known ahead of time to book the holiday inn next door but I’m not from the area and I remembered a Ramada I stayed at in Orlando was really nice….

Lobby was clean & welcoming. Bed was ok. Close to store, restaurants, gas stations & freeways. Very run down, like the elevator. The chairs were hard & very uncomfortable comfortable. Stale rolls & cereal wrapped in plastic IS NOTbreakfast.

Staff at front desk extremely rude would not let me switch rooms despite the room door being open that she booked me in

It was okay for the price. Breakfast pastries were stale by day 4.

Breakfast was a bit of Kaos, seating area was small, room where the food was was small

All the Men loitering in the parking lot. And, they were jogging all the tables & food.
