The room and all facilities were super clean. Staff was supportive and kind. Available parking at all times. Water pressure in the shower was a little deficient, however it did the job. Breakfast, the choices were a bit limited.

The staff was nice they assisted us to do the checkin easier for us. Rooms are huge. and the view form the balcony was nice. Poor brekfast, narrow roads and the watter from the boiler was hot then cold, it changed in seconds.

Modern. Beautiful countryside location. Quiet. Spa facilities clean. Great breakfast. Restaurants not open in November.

Over this year I have been 3 times in this hotel , and it never disappointed me! First off all by a right and fair pricing. Very friendly and welcoming stuff, tasty Italian food, spacious and clean rooms, amazing pool and spa facilities, Some people complain about location, i think its the best location, 5 minutes away from a motorway on to a hill, fresh and quiet location surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees. There could be a bit more of spaces for parking, but its not a big issue.

Large room and nice staff. The location is far from the main road. And we have the very loud sound of wind the whole night.

Lovely big room, nice staff, great morning coffee, nice breakfast. Strange location. Thin walls and loud noises/voices kept us awake until late at night.

The hotel room. Convenient location. Some of the staff, in particular one male at breakfast who was rude, did not ensure the breakfast buffet was replenished without being asked for basics such as milk, water and butter and rolls. Breakfast tables were not cleared when we walked in. On one particular occasion, where usually when asked for specialist coffee from the bar rather than the coffee on the stand (which was generally very weak and watery), we asked the waiter (male), other staff normally serve the coffee to the table and charge to the room as an extra. On this particular occasion I asked the waiter in the breakfast room if I could please have an americano coffee, he responded with attitude and shouted shouted pointing to the coffee in the breakfast room telling me where the coffee and milk were to get it myself and go to the bar myself if I wanted a specialist coffee. His rudeness upset me half way through our holiday which did sour the rest of our stay..

Nice environment, helpful and friendly staff. Al a carte Food Menu could include more items for example beef options. Other than that the preparation and presentation was excellent.

Room was a good size and very clean. Amazing views from big balcony You need a car to stay here!!!! No beauty salon as advertised, wifi was very poor. Netflix didn’t work on television as advertised. Air conditioning unit was broken making very loud noises. Restaurant food choices very limited, says online a dietary restricted menu available but when I asked was told no. Shuttle service not available, staff members charging customers to drive 5 minutes in their personal cars for €15 each way!! Made staff aware of issues and nothing was done to help or rectify any issues.
