Quite a cozy, home atmosphere apartment located in a short walk distance from all town facilities, groceries, restaurants etc. 5 minutes drive from Flachau ski resort. Very friendly owner. Tiny things that didn't affect much the stay: toiletries and coffee maker set missing

The location was excellent. Easy walk into town and the thermal baths. Ski bus practically on the doorstep and a choice of supermarkets only minutes away. We received a very warm welcome and our hosts were lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was no phone charger plug by the bed.The towels were very crispy and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t great. Finally the shower was positioned on the wall about 1.2m and my husband is 1.84m. Having said all of this they did not ruin our trip and we would stay again. Just minor points that could be improved upon.

Breakfast was ample with a good selection of cereals, lunch meat, egg, drink etc. Great start to the day. Location for skiers is perfect. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and offered any assistance that may have been required for making one's stay pleasant. Room facilities and amenities were very good overall and beds really comfortable. Hosts offered the use of the kitchen in evenings if required. n/a

The room was quite large with a large bathroom, even has a bathtub. It was very quiet in the house (not many guests) and neighborhood (never heard anything from outside). The breakfast was fine. There is a great restaurant half a block away. There were a few odd things (see what I didn't like), but overall the room was quite nice and the stay was quiet and restful. It was a little difficult to find the house. There are signs kind of low on fences on both sides of the driveway in the middle of the street, we didn't see them at first. The phone number in the listing is incorrect, there was a new number taped on the door, so we couldn't call to find the house when we thought we were lost. We never saw the host, only talked to him -- the door was open and we walked around inside to find the room with our name taped to it. We needed to pay the city guest tax at the house, but without the host, how do you handle that? We put the coins with a note explaining this on the bed, took a picture, and sent it to the host.

Spacious and very comfortable room, option to black out windows for great sleep, quiet location and great breakfast.

The accommodation is very clean, all praise to the owners, the distance to the track is ten minutes of easy driving, there is a bus stop in front of the accommodation, if you want to go by bus

The location is a killer with breathtaking views of the mountains, and the hosts were very friendly! The breakfast was excellent too. I can't wait to go back there again!
