Everything! The hosts were kind and pleasant. Even before arrival, they helped us with questions we sent, upgraded us to an apartment with a kitchenette, and also during our stay, they warmly welcomed us and helped us with every request. The apartment was comfortable, exactly what we needed for a couple with 2 children. Balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, clean and quiet. The garden was perfect for children, with lots of facilities and games - a playground, large trampoline, ping pong table, football, and more. Early and good breakfast, just the right amount before our day trips. The location was good and quiet, but very close to the supermarket, restaurants, and highways for day trips.

The hosts are very welcoming, helping and kind. It was a pleasure meeting you. The apartment suited us well- spacious rooms, very clean, with a small kitchen for cooking, and a balcony with an amazing view! We were lucky to stay on the upper floor, where one room even had a skylight. The front garden also great with lots of space and facilities for the kids. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. It truly felt like coming back to a vacation home after long days. The location is also excellent - Quiet, yet close enough to the center if you have a car. We couldnt ask for anything more. Everything was great.

Room was spacious and really clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and overall the room was comfortable and nice to stay in. We were really looking forward to this stay. The description and reviews promised friendly hotel with wellness and ski bus next to the hotel. Right on arrival I found out we cannot use the wellness as it's prohibited for the kids under 12. I totally acknowledge the right for the owner to set such rules. But why not state it in the description if it's advertised as a family friendly place? I have tried to propose to the owners in a very polite way that it would be fair to state it in the description. I have received 5 minutes stories about how this is legal rule and all they do is oblige to the Austrian laws of preventing kids enter the sauna. Why to try to give a feedback as a customer si all you get is set of lies. BTW: ski bus is really next to the hotel but goes only once a day and for the rest of the day you need to walk to the city - again something you don't want to do with kids. Having been there as adults the review would be more positive.

We were 4, two couples, booked a junior room. The host upgraded our booking to a suite. I think the hotel was renovated recently. It was super clean. Breakfast was good enough in the morning and it was included in the price. The parking was free as well. I asked for a bike and they provided me a good one :) The owners were very friendly, trying to prepare our requests with smile.

The owners are extraordinary and put a lot of effort to keep this place perfect in every detail. There was nothing we didn’t like. We were given an upgraded room and the sauna area was much better than on pictures.

It was a very pleasant stay, the owners are really nice explaining everything, wellness was really amazing - we used Finnish and steam sauna after the skiing (infra sauna is there also), there are different rest rooms with relaxing decoration. In fact the stylish decoration was everywhere, making the stay very pleasurable. Breakfast is rich and the owners are there making sure that everything is perfect.
