As a solo traveler, everything about my stay was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent, the entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. There wasn't a single thing I would change—highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! In my opinion, the single room was a bit too small, and the desk/table inside was also quite cramped if you need space to work or set things down. While it has a great balcony, be aware that it is a shared layout used by two other rooms, so it isn't completely private

We had a fantastic short stay at this wonderful hotel, just one night while picking up a motorbike nearby. The property is spotless and well equipped with plenty of amenities, but the highlight for us was definitely the Spa - pure relaxation. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread is generous and diverse, with something for every taste. n/a

The spa was excellent and opened at 8am which was a bonus. Staff were great and room was large with many windows and views.

Room was very large, clean and comfortable, if a little old fashioned and tired. Breakfast was included, and there was a huge variety of options. The pool/sauna were very clean, and we enjoyed a BBQ from the restaurant in the sunshine. Staff were welcoming and we could park for free. We only stayed a night as break on a long drive, so didn't explore the area. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice

Good location, close to some of the best ski resorts in Austria. Friendly staff, we especially liked Radomir and Verena. The food was excellent! They changed some of the meals on the menu just for us. Rooms are spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

the breakfast was great. the dinner buffet was very nice too. They did a great job providing extra beds, which were all very comfortable. the pool and sauna area was very relaxing. I highly recommend it! the dinner buffet was expensive, and price not shared beforehand. they also never confirmed that they could provide us with the extra beds we requested, which would have helped a bit for piece of mind.

Everything was super clean, very nice breakfast, lots of parking space, situated in a very nice town. Very unfriendly manager/owner, sterile atmosphere, restaurant/reception/sauna is till 20:00. Broken closet in the room, uncomfy bed, poor quality of MENU for money…
