The staff was great however the phones did not work the entire stay, garbage kept piling up in the dining area and the restroom adjacent to the lobby kept backing up what do do

It was close to the venue we came to visit. The hideaway bed had French fries paper wrappers and dirty napkins in it. I had to ask several times before it was cleaned up. It wasn’t until I responded to the text with the complaint and a picture was it taken care of. The hall ways were not kept clean. It was very noisy with people running up and down the halls with loud yelling every night. One night the police were called. I called with a question about my bill and the man I was talking to hung up before all my questions were answered.

It was a good location. Nice staff and comfy king bed. The hallways and stairs were dirty. Same food (fruit loops and Cheeto) was on the stairs all 3 days we were there. Pull out twin bed was so uncomfortable could feel every spring. Breakfast the eggs were still frozen and sausage tasted old and gross. Yogurt not working coffee was gross and cold. Not a big breakfast area with how many people are staying there not much of a selection. They only allow 2 towels then you have to come exchange them to get me new ones no matter how many are in your room.

Short walk to Adventureland. Nice breakfast.

Location and staff were exceptional. They were very helpful with the problems we encountered. Room light would not shut off; other items through out building being repaired.

Pool, room and overall property were dirty

Jocelyn was very friendly and super helpful. No shampoo or conditioner. No remote. Had to ask for one

So convenient to the park and very helpful staff. Property was well maintained. Very pleasant stay.

It was within walking distance to the theme park we went to. It was old, outdated, broken ice machine, no room towels, don’t empty trash or retrieve towels from the room, holes in the wall, worn out doors, noisy, no pool towels, couldn’t control the air conditioner.

Was traveling with with another group. This hotel could see my friends reservation however hotel gave their room up so my friend and her children were out of luck which ruined the first part of the trip. Said the email with payment didn’t come like it was supposed. Instead of calling or checking on it just gave it up. There was cereal in the back entrance and stairwell that never got cleaned up the entire weekend which we had to try avoiding every time we walked in the building. The tv didn’t work the first night which was ok for me but not for the teenage girls I was with who just wanted to watch a show since half their friends were driving around looking for a new hotel. They did fix it the following day but I felt like a bother the first night. Dirty towels were left from previous visitors behind the chair. I did let the receptionist know. Just felt like a chaotic and messy experience. Great distance from theme park and a place to sleep.

Our room was missing a lightbulb. We reported it to the front desk and they acted like they knew. We were told it would be replaced and it never was. The carpet in the room looked dirty but I think that was the design. When we first checked in the pool was closed.

Staff were friendly and professional. Nice pool. Breakfast ok. Beds cimfortable but overall needs renovating.

Even though Booking.com did not transfer my reservation, they worked through the problem quickly

Clean, comfortable and perfect location for our time there. Adventureland and Blank Park. The restaurant next door was a plus

Location was good but had problems with the TV no service for 24 hours and I I had children
