The availability of rooms was good (we booked last minute), and the breakfast decent. The coffee at breakfast and in the Starbucks machine in the lobby could be improved.

Breakfast was decent

Good price. Very understaffed. Just one waiter for the whole restaurant. I sat for dinner at 20:30, ordered a pizza at 21:10, started to eat at 21:40, asked the bill at 22h, got the bill at 22:30. Slowest meal of my life.

The room was very nice and quiet I couldn’t regulate the air conditioning
-
The beds were single beds therefore not the best for a couple. We did not specifically ask for a double bed but we stayed in this hotel often and always with a double bed. The breakfast/dining room was a bit loud, with music and TV going at the same time

Had comfortable sleep - that unusual. Often duvets in hotels are too thick for me and I am hot and sweating during the night, but in this hotel temperature was exactly right.

Location Placement. It’s under construction or renovations, We also were trapped in the garage for at least 30min so we couldn’t take our car out because the gate was malfunctioning. (I understand that it might be temporary)

I have stayed here before and had a good experience. This time they were renovation the bar and breakfast room and in impacted our stay.

There was a young man working in the kitchen/dining area who was pleasant and helpful. The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The front desk staff looked bored and uninterested. When I first arrived, I waited for several minutes for the front desk receptionist to continue chatting with another employee before they even acknowledged my presence, and when he did, it was almost like 'Yeah, what do you want?'. I did not feel welcome. This same attitude was observed several times with the front desk staff while we were there.

Every day, I handed the staff bags of freshly pumped breast milk, and they consistently froze them for proper preservation. Each bag was handled with care, respect, and professionalism. The milk was always stored under the correct conditions, properly labeled, and returned exactly as needed. Thanks to their proper handling and dedication, I was able to transport all the milk in excellent condition to my next destination. Unfortunately, the milk never made it home, as the following hotel—also part of the IBIS chain—did not store it correctly and I ultimately had to discard it. However, this in no way diminishes the outstanding service and care I received during my stay here. This level of service made an enormous difference in my journey. What could have been a stressful and emotional challenge became a smooth and reassuring experience thanks to the empathy and responsibility shown by the hotel team. I am deeply grateful for their support and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any mother traveling while breastfeeding. Their kindness truly mattered.

Breakfast had a lot of selections. Ham and cheese with fruit was good. Charging for our car in the parking lot. Water pressure was good and water was hot. Room was clean Room was small. Beds were awful a soft pad on top of a box spring.. Breakfast scrambled eggs were terrible. No spice and sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Hard and rubbery. So much bread and cakes and very little else. Room bathroom was a modular that had a step up into it. Felt like you were in a boat, small and strange. Charging for our car was not free. No small refrigerator or microwave

Great place to stay if you are traveling by car
-
Location is near a campground/park, a lucky find in a large city like Lisbon. Room was clean, breakfast good. Restroom was a little weird, like an aircraft toilet with a shower.
-
Had a weird smell in the room. I think when they cleaned or mopped the floors it didn’t dry properly or they used dirty water because it smelt like feet
-
Room was clean. N/A
-
It was just a little run down. The location and price were what we needed but it was definitely no frills.
-
Breakfast was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were unusual but clean. Nowhere to sit! The distance from everything you wanted to see in the city was too great. Thank God for Uber!
-
Breakfast was ok. Able to borrow iron/board. Parking is free outside however it gets full so you don’t have a choice but to park in the garage for 5 euro which is still cheap. Bus or taxi was the only transportation if you don’t have a car to reach train from the hotel. Carpets in the hallway are old. Staff are not welcoming unless you initiate to say hello.

Room is Very conjuntos & the main problem separate bed not available all the Rooms.
