Not much Ryan the receptionist didn't care. Had to ask for things toilet paper, towel. Assigned a bed to me which i placed my things only to find out someone was sleeping on it when I arrived later. People were noisy and rude. Lastly when I had an early departure told a guest to return my locker key and get my deposit. Only to know by her that they told her they wouldn't return the money to her but to me.

The hotel was in a great location, which made getting around really easy. With so many people staying there, it would’ve been nice if the bathroom had been cleaned more often that was the only thing that kept the stay from being perfect.

The space per person in the room is very limited, with too many beds placed together. The restroom facilities are not well maintained, and there is no soap available. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Despite requesting a private room, only a shared room with multiple beds and a shared bathroom was provided, costing €62, which I feel is not appropriate for the conditions offered. Additionally, the location is not convenient. Overall, the price should be significantly lower given the quality of the accommodation.

I did not like anything. The owner did not respond to my request for late checking. and cancellation due to the fact I could not access the property. I was left stranded with a special need kid in the car looking for a place to spend the night.

I liked the positive vibe of the staff. I wish I was not sick and could spend a little bit of time to talk with them and learn about the country. I also liked the presence of numerous bathrooms and a big kitchen with working utensils. The bunk beds were too low and too difficult to climb/get down from. Considering the number of residents in the room, it was difficult not to make much noise and wake anyone up while getting in/out of bed. In addition, there was no proper reaction from the staff to the cold days in city. No heating system or similar was in use during the drop in temperatures.
