AC was not working. It was uncomfortable sleeping and staying in the Room. We had booked two rooms. The AC in the second room was a little more effective but not comfortable. Rooms that were alotted could have been better situated.

Amazing welcoming staff. Outstanding facility and room with clean sheets and furniture. Amazing breakfast with greta food and service. The location is amazing as well and very central. The internet connection was strong and amazing Late checkout could be offered for free to long periods.

Everything was quite good! This is a great place to stay. Some of the facilities show some wear, like the main lobby seating area wooden floor has a section that has buckled, but that looked like a recent thing.

Prices have gone up this year but seems like everything has. Would definitely stay there anytime we are in Portugal.

Awesome location with super friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our three week vacation. The carpet was looking a little tired in our room.

The location was perfect for walking around Belem. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving the breakfast was the best of all of the staff I encountered. The room was very out of date, and there were items that were broken. The hook on the inside of the bathroom door was hanging by a thread and could not be used. I am not handy, but even I could fix that - (they provide a robe, but it cannot be hung up...). There is a desk in the room, with a chair. It is huge for the size of the room and is not useful. It is so outsized and so close to the bed that you can't easily pull out the chair. The top of the desk was very marred and scratched. Very unattractive. There was also a long rip in the curtains. The room was not vacuumed when I arrived and never was, even though it was serviced daily. The whole site could use a redo.

The staff was fabulous, friendly and accommodating. Hot water was a small issue. Last room on the top floor. You needed to let it run for a bit.

It didn’t feel like the Air Conditioner was working in our room. It was manageable without so we didn’t say anything to the staff but I wish it could have gotten colder.
