Very good location near the Monastery of Jerónimos.

A nightmare the locks is not secure someone talk money from my wallet . Thee is homeless people there one exactly is cray , he kept talking the whole night I couldn’t sleep , when I contacted the manager about these things they gave me no response not even an apology .

The proximity to major transit lines, and accessible stores. Also had great sights. The staff was never around nor helpful. Was always late for checking those in and checking people out.

The Person at Reception was very nice. I reached late at night about 12:15AM they charged me 5 Euro Extra which they have already informed me Earlier. Washroom was not much clean no door lock for Taking bath so you need to lock the main door because of that no other person can use.

I don’t like Terrace lisbon hostel I rate it Zero They mix boys and girls in one room.It was terrible experience.uncomfortable the staff not approachable.Not book this kind of hostel I totally don’t like

It was what you would expect from a hostel, in the good way. Didn’t exceed my expectations, but I don’t think that’s bad.

The place is well located in the Belém neighborhood. Easy to find and the staff are friendly and nice. It worth the value paid.

Why extra charge your hostel staff because we already pay all extra charged, your male receptionist charged extra?

I could not close the window (malfunctioning mechanism + swollen window shutter); it is not worth to pick a single room with balcony (since you cannot enjoy the balcony anyway)

Location, polite staff There’s no AC what makes the lisbon summer a harder than already is. The beds are not the best.

The host is very welcoming and punctual. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary materials. The location was amazing, heart of tourism. There wasn't any heating system in my room.

The private room was good and clean. It could be better if the shower worked, it didn't heat at least two times.
