Excellent location to explore Belem - monastery, Pateis de Belem is basically next door. Room had beautiful high ceilings and was excellent for parents and one young adult child. Nothing

The location is good if you want to be in Belem, it's close to the center and close to the metro station, also it's closely connected for trains and buses. The guy on the desk the night I arrived wasn't very helpful or friendly. The staff the next day weren't much better, they sat chatting in reception away from the desk. The room was very cold when I got there. The room was also very basic.

Very convenient location for walkabout touristing to Jeronimos Monastery, Pasteis de Belem, Treasure Museum, "New" Tower of Belem, etc. Several cafes, restaurants, bars steps away from the front door. Pleasant interior garden. Significantly, this boutique hotel has a lift to access upper floors. Our room had almost no decoration. We would have liked at least some artwork on the walls.

Everything was wonderful in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and convenient to most everything. Bathroom needed a few things upgraded. Drain cover was loose and moved around the floor. No toilet paper holder and some shelves to place toiletries would be helpful. Overall, very nice.

They need to improve , bathroom we didn’t have hooks on the walls ? our shower didn’t have a shower ?, only a shower handle I had to hold it to my hand in order to shower . Other than that it was fine.

No coffee maker.

Location, cleaning and room.
-
would have liked a small refrigerator in the room-many rooms had them
-
Without exaggeration, the room was like a dungeon, dark dank, not good
-
Close to our gaming venue and excellent access to food and dining. Did not offer breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

The hotel is very well situated, near all of the main attractions in Belem, and near public transportation that takes you into the city center. There is a mini fridge which was helpful to keep cold water. It was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom needed some shelves to place toiletries, hooks to hang up the towels, and within the shower itself it needed a little shelf to put the soap and shampoo. There wasn't even a toilet paper dispenser (the role was left next to the sink).

It is very well situated. It was clean. It is very simply appointed with soft beds and my room had a faint smell of fumigant or the like.

Far from downtown and the fun
-
Very small. Bed more firm than I prefer.
-
Beds were not especially comfortable
-
Unfortunately, I was in a room with a (very) noisy mini fridge.

A fantastic location for touring Belem. Modern, good-size rooms. Bed was not the most comfortable.
