Great location with super friendly staff. Wish we could stay there longer. Spa was too busy to take new request.

V friendly staff, we were upgraded to a fantastic suite with jacuzzi. We were overlooking the river and close to everything. Thank you!

Very nice staff on the reception very friendly and helpful. The location was great definitely. The restaurants staff and food was good. The toilet is so small and there is no lights near the cabinet, makes it too dark to see.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A beautiful, luxurious hotel done the way 5 stars should be. Lovely staff, all the best at hospitality, and the restaurant served an amazing breakfast. We will be back again and I highly recommend Altis Belem. There was nothing we disliked

Very nice location, nice staff, comfy bed and pillows. Our aisle of the hotel was very cold, especially near the end (where our room was). We were given an upgraded room with an extra living room where the curtain buttons didn't work and the AC wouldn't get the living room to the required temperature. We had a jacuzzi in the the balcony but the door that leads from the WC to the balcony was closed and we were given no key. During the night there was ongoing loud humming noise which we were told the next day it was from the fans in the pool that were not turned off, but even during the day the amount of noise it makes is ridiculous and definitely not up to standards for a 5* hotel.
