Location was convenient. Room had a small refrigerator sink and hot plate. There was a little bit of street noise because it’s on an intersection, but it’s a quiet neighborhood at night. No noise from other tenants because the walls are thick cement. I appreciated. A drying rack was provided for my laundry. I knew this was a Japanese style room when I booked it, but the sleeping mat provided was thin, and the floor was very cold and hard. The chairs provided are beanbag chairs, which were great for watching TV but hard for eating or using the desk.

Comfortable room in the heart of town. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Very chill management with an understanding check-in/out policy. Lobby is eclectic with a library feel. Very happy to have booked this.

The shared part is great and has lots of mangas you can read! And the staff was nice !

Friendly and helpful front desk and lovely comfortable, communal lounge. We also liked the giant bean bags to sit on in the room. The futon was also more comfortable than expected. The place is also just a minute's walk from the bus stop for the airport bus. The room was quite spartan. We had a lot of luggage so the steep curving stairs were a bit of a challenge.

The dorm room was very nice. They have everything you need. The location was perfect for me because it's near the port. The staff is nice. I would go again.

I never stayed in a hostel before. So It was strange to me. But is was cheap so I can’t complain I never imagine something like that

Well located, everything is clean and new. It gives a good vibe and the staff are very helpful:) the only downside are the mattresses which are very thin and made the sleeping a bit uncomfortable but otherwise this is a great choice in Amami!

As far as hostel experiences go, Golden Mile is a great stay. The facilities were very clean and there was plenty of room in the shower and toilet room. We stayed in the standard double which left very little room for your things, but the bed was very comfortable. For one or two nights this is a perfect stay. No room to put your luggage

There were a place that visiter can chat. We had some conversation and shared good places to visit. The atmosphere was so comfy. I would visit again.
