Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations.

Our room was a little dark and 2 of the lamps didn’t work because of burned out bulbs. A simple fix.

Sofá bed falling apart also on the side of the bed some metal parts sticking out making it dangerous to walk and on top of it some sticky pads for little critters

Great room size for family of 5 having two queen beds and sofa bed. Clean place and everything working fine. I’ll definitely will consider this place for next time.

Room is smell weird. Microwave inside the room is dirty and smell. The sink hot water doesn’t work. And when we got to the property the lady in front desk insisting to charged us $46 for the pet fee eventho I showed her that in Expedia it’s showed $40 and we also confirmed this by calling the hotel before making the reservation. She say she can’t go lower than $46. Won’t stay there again upon our next visit.

Cleaniness, window wide open & on ground floor right by sidewalk???

No WiFi, no one informed us upon check in, I had to call and ask. Fire alarm was covered with plastic bag upon arrival. Toilet was clogged. Bed frame was apart. Had to request towels and a plunger two times and still had to go to the front desk to get it. I was told I’d get a partial refund for all the inconveniences but now am being ignored by management.
