Extend-a-Suites - Extended Stay, I-40 Amarillo West

It looked ok... wasn't the best place I have stayed and not the worst but get what you pay for.. there were a few critters climbing the walls when the lights came on..

Almost didn't get a room bc they were totally booked and the system was t updated after booking my room 4 days in advance. No ice

Don’t stay here unless you like roaches and ran down rooms. The property is in disrepair. I found 5 roaches my first night and then I moved hotels. It’s not worth the money to stay here.

My room wasn’t cleaned well, mold above the shower, stained sheets and towels, and I found roaches in my room and the hallways

Nothing Checked in got to room not cleaned. George said last room can't do nothing about it. He doesn't know manager or oners numbers. Said for refund I'd just have to wait . Horrible experience. Staff at desk is super unhelpful. Don't waste your time at this place.

Was cheap for what I paid but also was very sketchy the room carpet is old better wear slippers don’t take all your stuff in or leave on the floor their are roaches so make sure you shake everything out! Will not stay again! If I did not see roaches I think I’d be ok! Sleeping on the bed made me scare because behind the head board was webs and stuff!

The sex was mind blowing. The entire experience. The hotel was absolutely filthy, they are infested with roaches (and I'm allergicto roaches), it stunk, our room was not clean, and they didn't even have a stopper for the bathtub. We never got new towels or anything. It wasn't even worth the $140 we spent. Actually, I'm sorry, we spent $160. The front desk guy made me extremely uncomfortable. Was not a fan of his attitude or the way he was looking at me. Took forever to check in. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Even after showering I still felt disgusting from being in the hotel.

The rooms I reserved were given away by the time I arrived.

Misleading Ads... Stay7 Suites is being remodeled offers nothing, dont trust anything. They are not even using their real name.

It's cheap but do not recommend at all

No one was there to check us in and no one called us back to let us in the room so we had to go somewhere else.

My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why we did not end up staying. Was told by the owner she would be more than willing to refund. Waiting to see if I do.

Pretty sure the hot tub and pool are out of commission or something. Seems like it's not so bad if you are a smoker. I'm not so I had to ask for another room, and it was .... More tolerable so decided to just go to bed.

Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom ceiling was moldy. Beds would fall off the box they were on. I would have left but didn't have money to go somewhere else. So nasty. Glad it was only for a night.

The front desk was very nice. However there were roaches and i checked out early and had to find different accommodations.

Cockroaches in bathroom and above beds. Pealing paint in bathroom. Moldy ceilings in bathroom. Only had 1 set of towels for a double occupancy room.
