It was the 2nd time we stayed. Our first room wasnt very nice and had cockroaches in it and this time the room we had had mold all in the bathroom and hair still in the tub
-
Was told I only had a reservation for 1 room for 6/27 when I had a reservation for 2 rooms, place was overbooked and they used it as an excuse for the mix up.
-
Elevator not working, staff was very unhelpful, ice machines not working.
-
Parking isn't free otherwise it is well worth the price
-
Clean room, quiet, pool was open, hot breakfast, plenty of parking
-
The inside was neat.

They overbooked the rooms and gave me a king bed when I needed 2 beds. The attitude of the front desk was basically “sucks to be you”. This was a Hotel.com res, so refunds apparently couldn’t be given by the hotel. No training in customer service or basic courtesy. Some rooms have in wall ac that blows the hot air into the interior space of the hotel, so the heat and humidity were very stifling. Rooms were clean, but poorly maintained. The bathroom had rust on the light fixtures bc the vent fan did not work. Wi-Fi was passable. The price is right for what you get, except when there’s a service issue like we had.

Everything about it was horrible. From the front desk not explaining anything, to the bathroom being disgusting ac unit was rusted inside the room as well as you can see day like through the sides of it. Would not recommend couldn’t even comfortably shower our 5 year old daughter. Will stay somewhere else for our next travel through Amarillo

Tv didn’t work, the room was hot. 50 buck per fee…which is higher than I’ve paid in 5 states. I travel and am a blogger so I’m used to low rate hotels but this one I don’t recommend.

The place is kind of falling apart. No trolleys available as they've been stolen. One working elevator. But if you need a bed to sleep in and a working fridge they might have it! Room did not have a TV remote which was kind of inconvenient..

Air conditioning was not working so it was sooo hot inside the lobby, elevators were out of service so had to go up and down 3 floors with items and Carseat.
-
Perfect for a one night stay with a pool and hot breakfast. safe area.

The breakfast is OK, better on some days. Some of the front desk personnel seem to be overwhelmed and impersonal probably because of the key card situation, (we had to have our keys rekeyed more than 10 times in a three day stay). and having to supply many guests with towels/linens because of the housekeeping situation. Manager Rick is very conscionable and personable person who certainly has his hands full with todays younger workers. Overall I would stay there again and it would probably be a better stay for me after learning the ropes of staying there.

This was an exceptional hotel for what I paid for. Definitely far more amenities that I would have expected for < $80 total for a single king room. This is definitely a place suited for longer term stays with everything they have. It’s a hidden gem in the choices of hotels one has if going through Amarillo!

The lady at the front desk was an absolutely terrible worker. She couldn’t understand common sense if it was broke down into the lowest form of understanding. I rebooked the same room I was in for the 7th day. Been doing the same routine daily I’d book it online go down to the desk give them the confirmation and get my key renewed. This day she decided I had to leave the room. Check out at 11 and sit therewith all my belongings til 3 pm to check back in to the same room. Not a different room. The same room. And I asked for a refund and told her I was leaving. And I did. I packed up and was gone long before check in time. But I still haven’t received the refund

staff was great and check in was easy. located well for I40 easy on and easy off. room was in dire need of some reno, the fist size hole in the bathroom wall was a little off putting. in it's day this was probably a really nice hotel but now pretty run down. the breakfast looked good and the woman working breakfast was great. bottom line if you just want a place to sleep and you're not picky then maybe. otherwise this is a hard no.

This hotel was perfect for the price. It is an older hotel that is a bit dated, but for the price, it was conveniently located near the interstate, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it is located right near all the food options.

It was actually really clean.. Kind of a different setup.. But we enjoyed it.. They also had fresh breakfast.. All in all I gave them 5 stars.. I had nothing
