very clean and calm, close to NECC you can walk, close to subway station (u can walk or Didi taxi 15-20¥) close to Shanghai Hongqiao airport

facilities are clean and operate until late hour, perfect for business trip. I could not use credit card at the conveninence store, and it was kind of difficult to call a taxi

The room felt too hot at times and had to request the front desk multiple times for air-conditioning.

I like the room layout, the yoga accessories, the room design. The working table is spacious, and the internet speed was excellent. The hotel people are supportive and friendly. It is good to have a translator apps for complicated enquiries, if you don't speak Chinese At check-in, guests are provided with a toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste. However, these were not available during our last night. They can likely be requested from reception, though it may not seem worth calling for such a minor item. The breakfast price, at RMB 90, feels quite high. For international travelers, it’s worth noting that the electrical outlets have limited compatibility. You will need to bring your own adapter, or you can purchase one from the automatic vending machine available at the lobby for about RMB 120.

The One-Bedroom Suite was super clean and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom design and quality were also very impressive. I’ll try to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai, where possible.

Excellent hotel -welcoming staff, spacious clean rooms, great breakfast. Location is remote. The hotel is very remote from tourist attractions in Shanghai and remote from public transport. It was, we thought expensive considering it's location.

Cleanness No many options for restaurants and food

I traveled to visit the yarn fair at the National Exhibition Convention Centre, which was very close to the hotel. The quiet surroundings, good food, and kind staff made me feel very comfortable.

Very nice and modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. WiFi was a little bit temperamental.

The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of food. Regarding the location, it’s convenient for those going to the National Exhibition and Convention Center. There weren’t many shops and restaurants nearby.

New, plenty breakfast choice and great coffee. Nice room with light exercise gadget (yoga etc). Love the design and connivence of pwr outlet. If must say, I would say location aren’t that friendly. But I chose this place cause I want to be nearby HONGQIAO CBD, so it’s good for me

Hotel was well located near Exhibition hall. Breakfast was nice and variety was good too. Central air conditioning was poor. No air ventilation during the night and air was still. Difficult to sleep and rest well.
