Breakfast items should be clearly marked as Green for 100% Veg and Red for Non-Veg. Though paid for breakfast - could not enjoy it as less items for 100% vegetarian person

Facilities is good The taxi scam in reception. I asked to get an ordinary taxi. The guy on the desk called his friend and forced us to wait for 30 minutes. His friend’s car was dirty and smelled bad. Obviously not an official taxi. The day before, other woman called a normally taxi. We had zero issues. But Tom who was in charge on 13th April, scammed us. Very bad for well known chain.

Clean , friendly staff, staff can speak English. Clean, huge room, near airport and train station, metro. Metro has 10,17,2 line, you can go whatever you go easily. I recommend this hotel. after 9:00, 30minutes before ending of the breakfast, You can only eat what's left.

Everything was good, location is really great, it’s easy to reach the exhibition center Maybe breakfast could be better and WiFi

It's located very close to Hongqiao Airport, which makes it a great option for transit passengers who need a comfortable place to rest. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was polite and helpful.
