The menu for room service is limited and I thought the portion sizes were small. I also had trouble communicating what I wanted because of the language barrier but was finally able to get my order in.

The staff was very helpful and changed my room where I can be comfortable (air circulation and 21 C) My original room was heater only and the room can’t go lower than 25C and only get hotter. Room has no window to open. If I turn off the hvac there is no air movement and it’s just too hot

The hotel staffs ( receptionist, bellman , restaurant guys …) all are very professional, friendly , helpful … they can read your need and match it … I like the robot to clean and deliver the things … I don’t think I have something disliked .

It is within walking distance to Shanghai Airport but all six of us couldn't navigate our way there. Wasted two hours and ended up getting a Taxi. Just get the taxi it is only about $5 aud

The fact that I only had time to stay for one night. Very unfriendly staff. We had a booking for 5 people with free breakfast. They only wanted to give us 4 free breakfasts.
