I felt as if it was basically an apartment for low-income residents branded as a hotel. Oddly enough there isn’t a single indication on the outside of the building that it’s a Studio 6 corporate hotel. There are some pieces of paper hanging on the front window at the reservation desk with the logo. Really strange. And the smells in the hallway are awful. No shampoo in the bathroom. Not even a cup to be found. Reminded me of the highway motels from the late 70’s in both decor and “amenities”.

There was one 1 towel. My wife told the person at the desk and they wouldn't give her another one so I had to use the 2 wash clothes to dry off. There were signs in the halls about not putting trash or linens in the halls and there was both in the hall at different times. Someone set off the fire alarm. When you flush the towelette this device on the bottom of the water line made loud noises. There was a kitchen but no pot or pans or cups or plates. You had to ask for shampoo. The main road was very busy and hard to turn left on.

The kitchen didn't work. They only gave us one toilet paper roll for 3 days and 4 people.
-
It was a nice hotel for the price, but I would advise if staying a longer period I would bring kitchen supplies or S&C other then that it was nice and friendly hotel.

Booked a room when it’s says available. Went to check in and staff is saying they don’t have any room available and they weren’t very helpful.
-
The room was not clean by any standard, particularly the bathroom. The room and the public areas of the hotel all smelled sour and musty.

I tried to call over 10 times to confirm itm. I had to drive 3 hours home. I paid for a room over a week ago and it wasnt available. How?

Drug addicts every where. They charge you for water electricity and an extra $100 deposit. Woke up to water all over the floor in front of the fridge. Stove wasn’t in useable condition. Wasn’t worth the money in any way. And I’ve been checked out for 2 days and still haven’t received my deposit back.

Do NOT book this hotel if you plan to check in late at night. I booked this hotel through Expedia with a confirmed check-in around 2:30 AM. Drove all the way from Virginia. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front desk, the place was completely unstaffed. Called the hotel's own phone number and was told to "request a refund." That's it. No apology, no alternative, no help. My wife and I were left standing outside the hotel for 4 hours in the middle of the night scrambling to find another place to stay. My wife was already suffering from travel sickness, and this made things significantly worse. If the hotel doesn't provide service after certain hours, that needs to be clearly stated at the time of booking, not discovered at 2:30 AM after a long overnight drive. This was not just poor service, it was a complete failure that put two travelers in a vulnerable and distressing situation. Would not recommend to anyone, especially for late-night travel.

No good

If you want an inexpensive place to stay for a week+, this fits the bill. Cleanliness isn't great. Our keys would only work for about 24 hours, necessitating new keys every day. No staff at front desk after 10pm or before 9 am. On the day we were checking out, learned that there was a bed bug infestation on the second floor. Some people live at this extended stay... they were helpful in navigating the quirks.

We have booked two rooms with 2 double beds in each, but ended up staying in 1 double bed in each room all night. Inspite of have a proper reservation made ahead. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the reservation. We a refund or compensation for it.

- zero - no starts . This is a dirty place with almost no staff and a front desk that’s closed at night . Seems to have los of dev addicted living there. Dirty rooms or in my case there was no clean rooms when I arrived at 8pm since they didn’t have anyone working there that day to clean them. This place is a dive . .

I got to the hotel and they weren't sure if they had any rooms available, who was in what room, whether they had been cleaned. They sent someone to go look at the rooms and they had them on the phone like "that's the piss room, that's the other piss room" and then a lady came up to the lobby and said that it was the third time that day someone had walked into her room, like they'd given the wrong key out three times to an occupied room. It was honestly comedically awful.
-
"Unbelievable. Expect to waste your entire day just waiting around—both for check-in and check-out. To make matters worse, keep a close eye on your credit card statement because they will absolutely slap you with hidden extra charges without a single word of notice. Avoid this place."

This property was horrible. When I checked in the first room I was given it was never cleaned. The lady at the front desk switched me to a second room and that room was dirty also. She came and cleaned somethings up in the second room. She said she would discount the room that never happened. Everyday after 6pm there was no one at the front desk until late morning. The whole 3 night stay they had no wash clothes. A upset guess trashed the lobby because he was mad about something. Definitely not worth money or aggravation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to me.

I am not sure where to begin. The staff was somewhat helpful. However, there was on washcloth in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for 2 more washcloths only to be told that there were no clean washcloths on the property. The TV is small and outdated. The beds are hard as a rock. If you have back or breathing problems plan to sleep in the chair. This was out first time in Buffalo and it was not the best experience. If u want to sleep well and bathe chose somewhere else.

Check in was horrible and soow

I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. Spend a few more dollars and stay next door.
