Best Western Plus Amstelveen – Amsterdam

We like the room, it is roomy; the toilet and shower is clean. the water pressure is strong and you can easily control the temperature in the room

Room was massive and comfy bed The Gym was not well equipped and there were no towels. Location is far off from public transport.

The room and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The value for our night's stay was very good as we needed to fly out of Amsterdam the following day. The location with regard to the airport was convenient as well. The primary issue that we had was the general location of the hotel, not specifically that it was in Amstelveen, but that the hotel is located in an industrial area with only one small restaurant and no stores other available activities within a reasonable walking distance. The area felt safe but there was just nothing available to do without transportation available.

It's a bit far from the city, takes ~50 mins to reach city center, although there is a tram station within 6-8 mins walking distance.

The hotel is not 4 star for sure, We have booked a Two room suite for 4 Adults, the moment we arrived at the property for the check in they weren’t sure we can stay 4 people in the room, at the end the room for good for all of us as it was a Two room Suite, the second day we asked for an Iron and tooth paste, which we were expecting to have in the room already as a 4* hotel, we had to chase them few times, the iron arrived but the tooth paste never,

Location was good, close to public transport to get to Amsterdam and the room was a nice size. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping threw away all my toiletries and perfumes that I had placed on the floor in shopping bags. So be careful, don’t put anything on the floor here, they will throw it away or just take it. NO apologies or compensation whatsoever.

It's an okay hotel. Breakfast bacon and egg are often cold. The juices are heavily watered down. The location is terrible. Ugly industrial terrain. They tend to forget to add toilet rolls then they go into your room. Almost no staff speaks Dutch. We had a small booking issue as we booked one day later, and weren't offeref breakfast for the extra day we had to book last minute. A bit clueless and not customer friendly.

Hotel is very close to the airport by car. The hotel and rooms are quite clean. The room is adequately spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel only offers breakfast as a meal. There is a parking lot in front. No other meals are available besides breakfast, it's located in an area with car dealerships and service centers, and there aren't many dining options within walking distance.

All round lovely hotel and staff. Good breakfast too. Quite hotel. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be in such a hidden place. The location wasn't my favourite but it was easy enough to commute to Amsterdam so not entirely negative.

Comfortable room. Bus and tram stops nearby Restaurant was closed. Breakfast expensive. Nothing in the area except a very small mall 15 min walk away, where most of those restaurants were closed as well. Expensive taxi to the airport. (we got a Bolt)
