it is rated as a 4 star, in many ways, it is, however, the hotel is getting old, so it is not as appealing as it was when it was newer. The breakfast was good, however, when it was busy, staff was very slow in replenishing supplies.

Great location, excellent breakfast. Classic and electric bike rental available and it only took us 45min to central station with the latter vs 75min with the former. Nothing

Rooms are very clean, large and quite comfortable, although I would have expected USB wall sockets. The place is very quiet and serene and the view is beautiful. Access is great with a very close bus stop. Walking areas around the hotel are numerous. Great for a morning walk. Breakfast room staff are very polite and nice. Always smiling. Breakfast is the same everyday, no variety, and a small choice. The room lacks in-room some basic amenities. On location dining is tricky (aside from breakfast), you're asked to go to another restaurant 5mns walk away from the hotel, or just settle with what the small bar at the ground floor offers on its small menu.

We came during the busiest weekend and they were able to find a nice room for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, also they were able to rent bikes for us. The location, it was difficult to get places in public transportation (so we biked).

The breakfast delivered to the room was very good, and the Front Office staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The hotel provided all the amenities that I needed for an overnight stay fairly close to the airport for a departure of the next day. There were limited restaurants in the area, but I found a good place for dinner. The breakfast offered by the hotel was exceptional. Overall this was an excellent one night day. The hotel could use a little updating, but I had everything I needed. There was a lack of outlet near the bed, but an extension cord was provided.

Everybody’s courteous and prompt. Good breakfast choices. Parking is easy and free (plenty of space on back side of hotel). The bathroom doesn’t have washing basin - need to go to shower room (a different room) to wash hands. Fridge is pretty weak.

The price was very good and the hotel is very beautiful! The bed was super hard! It is not very easy to go there on foot when using the Tram... I lost my way and called a taxi...

location is great and there is free parking. rooms clean. the washing machine in the laundry room which is meant for guests was also being used to wash mopping clothes and cleaning sheets. it was also a bit broken taking hours to finish cycle even in quick settings.
