Clean and friendly staff
-
Friendly and attentive staff. Check-in was quick despite there being quite a few people waiting in line at reception upon arrival. Good location, the room was clean and functional. It's good for a one or two-night stay which is exactly what we used it for. There was no parking place available inside the hotel, and we knew that when we arrived.. it was too late. So, I had to leave my car outside (luckily it was weekend and was for free). It's not an easy task to find parking outside too. Prices of the goods in lobby are way too high (3-4 times the real value).

Good location and kind staff comforts and equipment

Room was very small

The checkin/out was very quick. The breakfast items may be limited, but fresh. The front end staff was nice and helpful. The super noisy AC i couldn't turn down all night. I requested assistance, but the problem persisted for the entire stay. Having zero storage for clothes is also offputting- whoever decided this is modern is weird.

location close to public transport is a plus I did expect the room to be better equipped and if not having a double bed to at least have the possibility to put the two single beds near each other.

Good Location, staff, and breakfast

No bottle of water in the room and kettle

Excellent location. Quiet. Easy access to tram station
-
A super budget hotel right next to the tram. Of course the rooms are compact but you have everything you need, including a mini shop for supplies. The whole place has a great atmosphere. And, there is an amazing Asian restaurant nearby called Restaurant Fumi - highly recommend too! The rooms are tiny but honestly, you get what you pay for.

Good value for stay close to university of Amsterdam
-
The bed was really comfortable. Also really good pillows. They were better than in many more expensive hotels. Also the price is good, considering how expensive Amsterdam is. It was indeed a budget hotel: the room didn't have any basic things like a chair, hairdryer or kettle. Keep this in mind, and lower your expectations. It was also considerably dirty: full of stains, dust, dirt and somebody's long black hair. Still, the bed was really comfy, so I survived.

Staff and service mediocre.
