Owner is fortunate to have staff like Patricia, Kristina, Max , Maaya who are professional, friendly, understanding and helpful. Capsule length insufficient and height barely acceptable.

The location and the facilities are amazing. There was nothing in particular. Maybe more people can be there at the reception during checkin and checkout hours to manage queues incase there a lot of people.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, ideal mix between the shared concept of a hostel and the privacy of a hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff are fantastic, the pods are comfortable, and the location is amazing Please note that the listing of this hotel is that there is parking on site. This means there is paid metered parking out the front of the hotel on the main road, like every other main road in the area. If you are expecting to park at the hotel, they do not provide those facilities. The nearest secure parking costs €60 per night. I ended up having to park at the convention centre 3km away which cost me €55 for two nights.

Lovely place, lovely rooms, very clean, very comfortable and an all round good stay. One member of staff was particularly helpful and nice. Shame I missed her name. Not being able to get a coffee if you're up early. This really sucked. I was here for a sports competition and being refused coffee on the morning really messed up my routine. I was up early on the second morning and the lovely member of staff happily made me a coffee even though it was early. Morning 3, 'no coffee until 7.30' . Yes it's 7am, yes the coffee machine is right next to us but no, no coffee for you. Sound.

In a good location, at walking distance from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijks Museum. The city centre is a bit far away, with about 40 minutes to Dam Square and nearly 60 minutes to the Central Station. However, the place is well connected by public transport, with the bus 24 dropping you at both places in a much shorter time. Except for a couple of pubs, there is not much around, being in a residential area, hence you may want to buy any water or food in town before heading back to the hotel. The hotel is clean and the personnel friendly. There is a bar with a common area on the ground floor, and rooms and bathrooms at the upper floors. The facilities are clean and the capsules gives you good privacy. Wifi available, and the air conditioning is a big plus. Ideal for a short stay. The place is fairly small, there is not much storage. If you travel with much luggage, then you may need to discuss storage in advance with the property. Due to space constraints, there is a limited number of showers or bathrooms per floor.

After been let down by another hostel we had to book this place extremely last minute (an hour before we checked in), but the process was so easy. It’s an amazing little hostel with the friendliest staff. We absolutely loved our little pod, it was so comfortable and welcoming. We especially loved that you can control the room temperature and even the brightness and colour of the lights! We will 100% be recommending this to people visiting in the future, and we will be coming back ourselves. There was nothing we “didn’t like” about the property. Though it was small, it held everything we needed for our night in Amsterdam.
