Staff was polite and speak my language. Room size was fair, but the big cabinets are useless and take space. The main light switch was broken.

The location is amazing! Very close to the museums. It was really clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have windows, which was really helpful for sleeping. The breakfast was amazing for a great price. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location, The room is too small

Good location near the Museumplein, cozy room and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend this place for staying in Amsterdam. Nothing exactly, it absolutely met our expectations.

Excellent location a short walk from the art museums. Comfortable bed.

Great location, right around the corner of Museum Square. For this price that's an absolute steal. There's an elevator that goes up to the 4th floor. 5th floor is an extra stairs up. Plenty street parking. If not in front of the door just go further up ahead, there'll be a spot on walking distance. But of course it's VERY expensive. Easy self check in and check out 24/7. There's also a 24/7 desk in case you need help. Staff were helpful. Room was very clean. I didn't check EVERY inch though. Bed was comfortable enough for me. Pillows were meh. Sound isolation is pretty good, although I was at the end of the hallway. I imagine having a room upfront could be more noisy. Would've been nice to have some sort of kitchenette, or even just a minibar to store small things. There was room to squeeze something in. Lighting could be brighter in my opinion.

Great location near tram/bus stops and the park. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Visited for a girls weekend with my friend we shared a room and didn’t feel cramped. The only thing that wasn’t great was the blow dryer. It turned on but 0 power whatsoever. Not usable so we often had to start our day with wet/undone hair. Didn’t bring one because it was listed on the amenities but truly just a noise maker.

Fantastic location close to museums, tram, de pijp, Albert Cuypmarkt Noisy upstairs neighbors, small kids running around late at night. Hotel staff dealt with promptly once I complained.

The location was convenient That all. 1.The room isn’t quite clean. It’s quite dusty through ac … 2.And there’s hair on the bedsheet And toliet paper weren’t filled when we checked in. 3.The front desk service was terrible and completely unprofessional. I called the reception and got no answer, so I went down to the lobby. The receptionist was just sitting there and casually admitted he saw my room number calling but chose not to pick up. He showed absolutely zero customer service and couldn't care less about helping. 4.The room did not look like the picture we booked The bed was placed in weird places and looks like some children room tbh.

Location is fab! Comfortable enough Pillows not so comfy. Crumbs from potato chips on the floor.

Excellent location and convenient access to the city center. Used coffee mugs were not replaced during housekeeping, and the coffee capsules were not replenished daily. In addition, the pillows could be larger and more comfortable.

The hotel was excellent, and the rooms weren’t small at all. They changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. Great location, really close to the park We didn’t have a fridge in the room, and the room was next to the kitchen, so there was a bit of noise in the mornings, but nothing too serious.

Comfortable beds, nice staff and good location in Museumplein! The bathroom door kept closing so we couldn’t walk in and out of that area without having to always open that door ( even when we just wanted to use the sink).
