Hotel Omega

No air conditioning and no streaming apps available ( Netflix, hbo etc )

A very warm place to stay in Amsterdam. Enjoyed our second stay at this hotel a lot.

They have bikes that you can use with reservation

A very stylish tasteful hotel in a leafy, neighbourhoody area. Our room was spacious and beautiful with the most comfy bed. We loved the location, one is quickly in the centre is but it is not so touristy and noisy. One feels like a local. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around the corner and the lovely Vondelpark. We used the amazing hotel bicycles that are for hire to get around. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Perhaps the lighting at the bed could be better.

Wonderful breakfast buffet! Well worth purchasing.

Breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Words can't describe how wonderful the staff was. Our 8 year old grandson was with us, and staff cooked him something better suited for kids.

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet and charming part of town; great breakfast. Staff were friendly but did nothing to respond to our complaints about the stopped up basin in the bathroom and the toilet seat that was broken off its hinges. They always said they would see to it immediately but didn’t seem ever to have done anything.

It was unusually hot when we were there with no AC in the room. The fan helped. Not Omega's fault it was so hot, but it did make it hard to relax.

Breakfast was amazing! Cooked to perfection with a lot of variety. Great view on the terrace- authentic Amsterdam neighborhood.

Delicious breakfast. Room for everyone, no struggle for a table, good hours. Incredibly friendly and warm staff. no improvements needed

Our room was small but very comfy. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Hotel Omega staff for making our first stop in Europe such a pleasure. Nothing

The on site breakfast buffet was fabulous and the chef was delightful. Small room and tiny bathroom. Shower stream was unpleasant. Tried to cancel a night we had booked there towards the end of our stay but they said because we booked it on booking.com they couldn’t do anything and booking.com blamed it on the hotel so no refund and we will not be returning there nor we will book through booking.com going forward.

Very lovely interior, nice style. And awesome that the airconditioning worked well (i.e. not turned up very high temperature to save costs). Handwritten note was also very well done and staff was great.

Great location next to a great local restaurant, really comfortable beds, church clock tower outside our room, great breakfast and available beer and wine after hours, and that it is a boutique hotel. It was quite a way from the train station and airport.

Terrific location, hotel and staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, had all we needed, and the breakfast was health conscious. I wanted to buy the coffee/tea container which I was to purchase it at the reception. Nobody had access to them because it was 7:00 am and the morning staff was not there yet. Breakfast was served from 7:30. We couldn’t even have coffee before we left.

Maybe too expensive?
