love the vibes! we are staying at the penthouse for 8 days in total. the breakfast was great, views from our balcony is everything! the location is the best, few steps to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions (anne frank house, van gogh, moco) and not to forget to mention everybody who worked there are amazing! the front desk and the manager! bravo!

Hotel is very well located, close to the bus station and the city centre. Rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags safe while we walked in the city after check out, and in the day of our check-in one of the two rooms was even available prior to the regular check-in time.

Location is nice, good connectivity via tram. The area is pleasant. Rooms are big. Breakfast was okay. They also keep your luggage free of cost for the entire day of checkout if you are leaving on that day which is excellent.

The view from the penthouse room was terrific. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The decor is a little dated and could use an update. There were building materials in the hallway.

The bed is confortable, the breakfast was good. It has a strategic location. Not too far from the main city sights and not too close to have a nice rest. The hotel is 15 min walking distances to Anna Frank house, 20 min to the Dam Square and 30 min to the Red-light district. Also, it is well connected by Tram and Metro. The bedroom is very small. For having big suitcases is not convenient. The shower is also very small and uncomfortable. The water filtered through the door and we ended up using our towels to control the leak.

The Male manager at the front was incredibly helpful and nice. He gave us great recommendations and tips for having a great stay in Amsterdam. The female manager at the front desk was a bit rude to us.

It is a good hotel on a super good location, neat and well done, clean and a comfy bed The problem is that the one-person rooms are designed for small people and I am 1m85...it was not very comfortable. bUT THE WINDOWS COUD NOT OPEN and that means OFF MY LIST, SORRY, NEVER AGAIN.

The shower cabin was extremely small, and the water was flowing below the glass partition, making all the toilet floor wet.

This was my second stay after a year. As always, it was quiet, spacious, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The view from the penthouse is amazing! I put a sign on the door requesting cleaning, but the sheets and pillowcases were not changed for the three days, but they did change the towels.

We informed the hotel that it was our wedding anniversary and when we arrived the room was decorated with balloons and lovely card and also some chocolates. We were pleasantly surprised by this! Also loved the fact that there are 6 coffee refils in the room and free water available at the reception. The private parking is a very big plus! The only negative thing that I could mention is the aircirulation in the bathroom, smells linger langer then they should iykyk
