The location is perfect for getting around amsterdam. It's also not too busy of an area so it's quiet outside. I like that there were hangers to hang some clothes as well as a luggage rack. The bed was not very comfortable. It felt really stiff so I had a hard time sleeping and the walls are quite thin so you can hear neighbors if they're noisy.

Staff was very helpful Bed was not comfortable

Polite staff and spacious room. I liked especialy the fact that they cleaned the room every day. Also in a nice area, near the museums and in a walking distance from the center. No comment

The staff was very pleasant, and the room was perfect for a person enjoying a short vacation. The noise of my room was unbelievable. I didn’t do a whole night of sleep because of the noise. Specially early in the morning at the time of changing shifts or something else, that I couldn’t describe.

The room was beautiful

I didn’t like the property Very smelling toilet and super small shower

Great location. Quiet, pretty street across the street from the main city center/canals. Clean. Room was small

Comfortable room, useful amenities, I knew it would be quite small as I'm used to traveling in Amsterdam. Everything was kept very clean. This is very minor, but the light from the hallway really shone through gaps between the door and frame, which I'd never experienced in a hotel before. Usually there is no space here, and it was quite bothersome. Also, more than once, other guests tried to open my door. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I've never experienced that anywhere else.

Good location, between city center and the airport. A nice quiet neighborhood. Close supermarket 5-10 minutes walk to nearest tram or bus station. A few restaurants close by The room was very small to the point it was difficult to move around and didn’t have enough storage space in the room and bathroom. Shower didn’t have any separation from the rest of the bathroom so water would leak if the pressure was too strong. NO NOISE CANCELLATION! I could hear people shouting in the hallway at 3 am, people on my floor left their door open and talked loudly (this was during reception hours and the staff could hear but didn’t tell them to be quiet). There is a sign on the floor of “quiet zone” but it was anything but…

clean, comfortable , central location parking is not free. I had to pay extra 2%, just for paying with credit card!.

Great property and super helpful staff! Tech issue led to some awkward checking issues (but staff absolutely helped with them!).

We were in family room which had good facilities. Lift was broken - they told me it would be fixed in April and was stated on booking but it really wasn’t clear. To access family room you went up 5 flights and then back down one! They are typical stairs for Amsterdam houses but very narrow and very steep. We had one member of group with a disability which means stairs are difficult but not impossible for them. However there was no understanding of this from staff. Also bed and sofa bed not great for us but that is personal opinion

Very nice location. Staffs are very friendly. In the room, they have everything you need.

The room 48 was large, clean and warm during these cold winter days. Also the location is perfect, all major landmarks are within walking distance of 10 minutes max. There are also tram and bus stops very close by. The only remark is about the noise coming from the neighbouring rooms. I suppose the walls are too thin but I guess the administration can't do anything about it.

Beautiful single room, clean, comfortable. Excellent location

Room was small but pretty well organized. Staff was very kind. They helped to all questions. Coffee machine & daily housekeeping. Also there is a bidet in the toilet Woww. Nothing much, only thin I can say

Not the best to shower

The room itself was tiny but neat. Good location and staff are friendly. I was incredibly frustrated at the miscommunication and lack of flexibility from the hotel. I made the booking via a third party website and it did not explicitly state the room which i booked uses a "shared" bathroom. If I want to share bathroom I'd go to a hostel.

Easy check in, great location. Many great food options within a few blocks. Also an easy walk to the Museumplein, Vondelpark, and other popular spots.
