Great location close to tram and shops, close to loads of great food places too!! Clean and comfortable! Nothing! Only issue I had was my card didn’t work and had to ask three times for a new card, which he wouldn’t. He told me to keep trying the card after he repaired it, then got a little upset that he had to come and show me how to use the card only for it to not work for him. He gave me another key and apologised but was an awkward interaction overall. That was the only fault throughout my stay. Otherwise was great.

Location was perfect. Just outside the main touristy parts but easy access to everything. Comfortable rooms, no frills but well managed. Nothing in particular.

It was “boutiquey” and well located. I loved that you could open the windows and the black out shades worked! The ac worked well and .was very much appreciated . It was nice and quiet and in the middle of the city!! We unfortunately were disappointed with the breakfast. It did not look or taste fresh. It felt VERY warmed over. The kiwi were a wonderful addition

The stair case was built by an amateur carpenter or worse and it's three stories high and made of only wood and mostly 2x4 which is a carpenters joke, when stepping on it at 115kg which is very fat for me coincidentally as a 6ft tall man, therefore it's not fit for purpose. I WANT TO BE CLEAR SO I'M IN CAPITAL LETTERS I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL DAYS OR REPLACEMENT THREE DAYS IN LEONARDO DEN HAAG TRAIN STATION INSTEAD Additionally someone broke into my room in the middle of the night and stole some of my belongings, needless to say In the morning the desk staff stole my things my thing from the room and they're still in the room. I WANT TO BE CLEAR SO I'M IN CAPITAL LETTERS I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL DAYS OR REPLACEMENT THREE DAYS IN LEONARDO DEN HAAG TRAIN STATION INSTEAD.
